Who is behind this blog?

My name is Rick Jarvis and I have been a Realtor for over 30 years. I founded the One South Realty Group back in 2008.

I am from Richmond (Bon Air). I live in Richmond (Hanover). I was educated in Richmond (U of R). And we work from our office in Richmond (Fan District.)

I have been selling / investing real estate since 1993.

Why subscribe?

The market is fickle, counterintuitive, and otherwise not what you think.
